A Word about Chuck’s mission in Taiwan
Chuck Burnett has been serving in Taiwan as a missionary for more than ten years. For the past five years Chuck has been working with An Jhong Lutheran church in Tainan, Taiwan, helping them to develop youth programs for both elementary-aged and teen-aged students. The programs include Saturday English programs, after-school programs and youth group activities. An Jhong church is a small church that meets on the ground floor of an apartment building in a back alley. It is situated in a less prosperous part of town and is able to work with youth who are often disadvantaged and are lacking basic resources in their homes. St. Mark is proud to be a partner in this outreach to the youth in Tainan, Taiwan.
